Terms of Use
Pale Ink is distributed through the App Store and Apple's standard end user licence agreement applies. The notes below are additional.
Subscription
A first subscription includes one week free, with nothing held back. After the trial it renews monthly at the price the App Store shows for your region. Payment is charged to your Apple Account at confirmation of purchase. Unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period, the subscription renews at the same price and is charged within the 24 hours before the period ends. Manage the subscription and turn off auto-renew in your App Store account settings. Any unused part of a free trial is forfeited when a subscription is purchased.
Cancelling
Cancel any time in Settings → your Apple Account → Subscriptions. You keep the rest of the period you paid for; that period is not refunded. Without an active subscription the page stops rendering; your settings, canvas placements and saved pages stay on the device.
What you open
Pale Ink is a browser. It does not host, cache, proxy or modify any third-party content. Which sites you visit and what you see there is your decision and your responsibility. Those sites have their own terms and privacy policies, unrelated to Pale Ink.
No warranty
The software is provided as is. We work to keep it stable and useful, but make no promise that it runs without fault on every device and every website.
